The ground floor has a tastefully decorated lounge with free standing fireplace with 2 single sleeper couches with bedding, fully equipped kitchenette, dining area, downstairs toilet and shower.
This unit comes with full package cable TV and is tastefully decorated, has tea & coffee with milk etc. supplied cool and airy ambiance in summer, warm and cosy in winter, separate from the main buildings with private entrance, patio with barbecue (all wood, & charcoal supplied), and outdoor entertainment area.

Bank transfers (locally) Master/Visa credit cards, or cash payments are all welcome
If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 15% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled later than 8 days before date of arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

✔ Child friendly
Arumvale is broadly speaking child friendly, however it is adjacent to a working farm and it has an unfenced swimming pool - so caution and adult supervision is required.
✘ Childcare / babysitting service
Childcare / babysitting services are not provided by Arumvale Country House, however we can recommend some reliable local people who are prepared to babysit your children.
✔ Gardens and Vegetable Garden
Guests are welcome to use Arumvale's beautiful gardens and the deck under the old oak tree. Guests are welcome to pick from our vegetable and herb garden.
✘ Laundry service
Laundry service is not provided at Arumvale, however there are two laundromats in the village( no dry cleaning services) that operate during normal retail trading hours.They charge roughly R 45per kilo for wash and dry. We are happy to drop off and collect your laundry for you at a 50% surcharge service fee, but we take no responsibility for losses or damages.
✔ Parking
Secure off-street parking is provided for one guest vehicle per guest accommodation unit. We can accommodate a trailer or a caravan.
✔ Reception
An Arumvale staff member is available to assist guests during office hours.
✘ Smoking
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
✔ Swimming pool
Our swimming pool is a salt water pool. It is not deep enough for diving. The pool is not fenced and parents must take full responsibility for their children. Pool towels are provided
✔ Tour assistance
We are able to provide assistance, guidance and information in finding a tour company or planning your tour route.
✔ Transfers
Transfers to and from the local Swellengrebel airfield may be arranged upon reques
