Terms and Conditions for Arumvale.com (Arumvale Country Retreat)
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website or making a reservation with Arumvale Country Retreat. By using our website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Booking Confirmation:
All bookings require a 50% booking confirmation deposit to secure the reservation. Payment can be made by bank transfer (locally), Master/Visa credit cards, or cash payments.
Cancellation Policy:
The following cancellation policy applies to Arumvale Country Retreat reservations:
If cancelled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, 15% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before the date of arrival, 25% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled later than 8 days before the date of arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Prices:
All prices featured on our website are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to change the prices at any time.
Liability:
Arumvale Country Retreat is not liable for any damages or losses that may occur during your stay with us. We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Privacy:
We respect your privacy and will protect your personal information in accordance with the South African Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Your personal information will only be used for the purposes of making a reservation and for our own marketing purposes. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms and conditions will be posted on our website.
